Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead GitLab’s enterprise accounts across Seattle, serving as a trusted technology advisor to drive strategic growth.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams (Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Sales Development, Channel & Alliances, and technical specialists) to deliver transformative AI-powered DevSecOps solutions.
  • •Create and execute strategic account plans, including opportunity mapping, stakeholder alignment, and multi-threaded engagement to expand account usage.
  • •Manage end-to-end customer journeys from discovery through evaluation, negotiation, and successful implementation across the sales cycle.
  • •Contribute to forecasting and pipeline reviews, conduct win/loss analyses, and share insights that improve GitLab’s go-to-market approach.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles with enterprise customers, ideally in DevSecOps, software development tools, or adjacent SaaS.
  • •Track record selling into large enterprise accounts in Seattle, building trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • •Knowledge of the Seattle enterprise market, including key industries, buying centers, and decision-making dynamics.
