Key Responsibilities

  • •Use APRISO andon to complete timely responses and manage quality status reporting.
  • •Investigate root cause and corrective actions for mechanical, electrical, braze, and weld issues.
  • •Generate quality alerts and support Good vs Bad product identification.
  • •Respond to field issues with immediate containment and perform indoor/outdoor containment sorts/audits.
  • •Support MRB repairs when possible, maintain spare parts, and train others as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to read and understand wiring schematics and drawings.
  • •Familiarity with quality measurement tools including dimensional and electrical measuring equipment, with good manual dexterity and hand-tool experience.
  • •Strong mechanical aptitude with basic understanding of electrical laws.
  • •Basic understanding of the refrigeration cycle.
  • •2-year technical degree or relevant experience (EOL test) is a plus but not required.
