Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine inventory tasks including receiving, stocking, tracking, cycle counting, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
•Support order processing and procurement by entering and tracking orders, monitoring backorders, expediting shipments, and maintaining purchasing documentation.
•Handle shipping and receiving by processing inbound/outbound shipments, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring hazardous materials compliance when applicable.
•Provide responsive customer and internal team support by fulfilling requests and communicating order or inventory status updates.
•Use inventory and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Citrix, VWR+, ChemSW) to maintain data accuracy and follow SOPs, safety, and quality standards.

•Ability to lift 50 lbs and comfortably work in lab and/or warehouse environments while meeting safety and quality standards.
