Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain extensive knowledge of apartment availability, residents, lease expiration schedules, and amenity offerings.
  • •Perform on-site and off-site marketing initiatives to drive property traffic and referrals.
  • •Greet prospects, conduct property tours, show model apartments, and follow up to finalize leasing decisions.
  • •Process applications, review credit screenings/background checks, and prepare lease and move-in packages.
  • •Support move-ins and lease renewals by delivering renewal letters/packages, contacting residents 90–60 days before move-out, and ensuring timely document signatures.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in Class A high-rise multifamily leasing (preferred).
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

  • •Familiarity with Yardi & Blue Moon (preferred) and Canva experience (preferred).
  • •Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
