Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare laboratory batches, prototypes, and test samples to support development and optimization of new and existing products.
  • •Conduct product performance evaluations, stability studies, and physico-chemical analyses to generate reliable data for R&D decisions.
  • •Maintain laboratory notebooks, technical documentation, and test results in line with company standards.
  • •Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to support an efficient lab environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Laboratory Sciences, Materials Science, or related field).
  • •Previous experience as a Laboratory Technician or within an R&D, Quality, or Testing environment (1–2 years preferred).
  • •Understanding of laboratory practices and product development activities to support R&D projects through testing and experimentation.
  • •Ability to accurately record, analyze, and report experimental activities, data, and test results according to laboratory standards.
  • •Awareness of chemical and physical laboratory hazards with a strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Good Laboratory Practices.
