Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine QC testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to specification and production priorities.
  • •Adjust batches to within specification following instructions and notify abnormal or out-of-specification results to the superior.
  • •Record and maintain accurate test results and quality records, and report non-conformance.
  • •Ensure adherence to Sika quality systems, SOPs, and safety protocols; assist production/QC teams in resolving quality issues during manufacturing.
  • •Maintain laboratory cleanliness, calibrate equipment, and manage stock levels of reagents, lab supplies, and chemicals.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum SPM level with relevant laboratory experience.
  • •At least 1 year of laboratory experience; experience in the same industry is an advantage.
  • •Able to work in shifts and support continuous production.
  • •Familiar with MS Excel.
  • •Able to work under pressure and independently, while working effectively in a team.
