Job Summary

Lead and develop a team of 10–15 associates across sales, service, merchandising, and operations to deliver a world-class customer experience. Drive sales performance and operational excellence by managing daily operations, coaching associates, and overseeing training. Analyze and present results to the Location General Manager, ensure compliance with operational standards and asset protection, and own Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) responsibilities for your department and/or location.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute strategies to achieve store budgets and performance metrics aligned with corporate goals.
•Plan and manage daily operations, monitor staffing levels, and ensure associates have tools and training to deliver a seamless customer experience.
•Analyze and present business results to the Location General Manager and other stakeholders.
•Lead associate development and engagement, providing timely feedback and performance management.
•Oversee training across sales, service, merchandising, and operations; ensure compliance with asset protection, risk management, operational standards, and run the EH&S program for the department and/or location.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 72,400 - 126,800 annually
