Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain data infrastructure, architecture, and models for reliable digital behavioural data used for analysis, reporting, and AI-enabled use cases.
  • •Translate business requirements into sustainable technical and data solutions from agreed requirements through implementation and production.
  • •Design scalable, cost-efficient transformation pipelines and develop event-based and cross-channel data models with consistent definitions.
  • •Validate datasets, monitor data quality, troubleshoot pipeline and data issues, and continuously improve performance and maintainability.
  • •Ensure datasets, metadata, documentation, and business definitions are trustworthy for downstream analysts, business users, and AI models.

Key Requirements

  • •A few years of relevant experience in analytics, data engineering, or digital behavioural data.
  • •Practical experience with SQL for data analysis or data modelling.
  • •Some familiarity with dbt, Dataform, or a comparable transformation framework.
  • •Experience developing cloud-based data pipelines and models; exposure to Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery is advantageous.
  • •Understanding of reliable, maintainable data solutions, including data quality, performance, and troubleshooting.
