Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive national fundraising strategy execution by partnering with the Fundraising Partner and division leaders to develop and execute annual plans aligned to TNTP priorities and revenue goals.
  • •Build and manage a funder pipeline by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing prospective funders and monitoring philanthropy trends.
  • •Lead funder cultivation and portfolio management, including relationship-centered strategies and consistent follow-through across the funder lifecycle.
  • •Project manage proposal development from concept to submission, leading cross-functional efforts for concept papers, LOIs, and grant proposals.
  • •Ensure grant execution and stewardship by partnering with program, Finance, and Legal teams for agreement review, compliance monitoring, and funder communications.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in fundraising, business development, sales, or a related field.
  • •Strong command of fundraising best practices and the ability to apply them in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • •Demonstrated success managing across teams, influencing stakeholders, and executing through others.
  • •Excellent written communication skills, including experience developing or managing grant proposals and reports.
  • •Experience using CRM systems to manage funder relationships; Salesforce experience is a plus.
