•Provide resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance, along with behavioral and technical interview prep tailored to database roles.
•Support career growth with networking strategy, salary negotiation, promotion strategy, broader skill building, and guidance for freelancing opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience in database design or development (as a database engineer, administrator, or industry professional).
•A strong track record of building efficient and reliable data systems.
•A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth.
