Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end warranty repair process for laptops and tablets, including defect identification and vendor coordination.
•Clean, image, configure, deploy, and dispose of technology assets throughout their lifecycle according to asset management standards.
•Partner with Site Support and Talent Lifecycle Management teams to complete asset return policies and actions.
•Assign laptop assets to users in ServiceNow and maintain detailed asset records, including repair and maintenance documentation.
•Perform secure data wipes before disposal, coordinate e-recycling pickups, and conduct monthly stockroom audits.

Key Requirements

•3 years of experience handling and managing laptops and tablets (including troubleshooting, maintaining, and configuring Windows and Apple devices).
•2 years of experience replacing hardware components.
•1 year of experience managing a warranty process with multiple vendors and handling stockroom management/maintenance.
•A+ certification and foundational knowledge of endpoint monitoring/management tools (Ncentral, JAMF, Intune, and Azure AD).
