Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day project activities end to end across scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Coordinate multiple projects concurrently and maintain alignment with client business objectives and operational requirements.
  • •Liaise with stakeholders on requirements, explain feasibility, and define/document scope with developers, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • •Develop tender documents and run tender analysis of sub-contractor returns; manage statutory and commercial risks.
  • •Ensure QHSE practices are embedded, maintain compliance with project procedures, manage acceptance in writing, and provide monthly reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering projects in a technical, FM, construction, or critical environment.
  • •Recognised qualification in Project Management.
  • •Fluent in Dutch and English (orally and in writing).
  • •Broad understanding of construction Health and Safety law and legislation.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
