Job Summary

Lead Salesforce solution design and delivery by transforming approved requirements into scalable technical specifications. Configure and implement complex Salesforce solutions using declarative features (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, reports/dashboards) while ensuring governance, performance, and long-term sustainability. Oversee end-to-end development for full-cycle implementations, bridging business stakeholders and developers, managing integrations (including ERP), data migration, testing (UAT), and supporting training and go-live.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate approved functional requirements into detailed, scalable Salesforce technical design specifications.
•Design and deliver complex Salesforce solutions using declarative features to meet business objectives.
•Oversee the full development phase of complex Salesforce projects, coordinating tasks and ensuring quality execution.
•Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical developers to ensure accurate implementation.
•Drive integrations, data migration strategy/specifications, and end-to-end go-live activities including UAT support, training, and deployment.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
•Proven experience leading technical design and the development phase for 3–5 full-cycle Salesforce implementations.
•Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, including opportunity, account, lead, and forecasting management processes.
•Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems and defining integration specifications.
•Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to anticipate issues, perform impact analysis, and propose practical solutions.
