Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure mechanical work is performed safely and in compliance with site procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • •Maintain a strong field presence to observe work, reinforce expectations, and intervene when needed.
  • •Set clear expectations for safety, performance, and work execution, and hold mechanics and contractors accountable.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and oversee mechanical maintenance activities, including outage planning and execution.
  • •Identify and drive continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and team effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •6–10 years of mechanical maintenance experience in power generation or heavy industrial environments.
  • •Supervisory or lead experience with direct responsibility for team performance.
  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, valves, and mechanical systems.
  • •Experience with work management systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.) preferred.
