Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and tracing to improve visibility into system performance and health.
  • •Lead automation for deployment, monitoring, and system management to improve reliability and cost-effective operations.
  • •Respond to incidents, troubleshoot system issues, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • •Design and build reliable systems by defining SLOs/SLIs and implementing reliability patterns.
  • •Partner with software developers and Agile teams to validate reliability, capacity planning, and service quality with shared accountability for security and audit expectations.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Arts/Sciences) required.
  • •5-7 years designing, building, and maintaining business applications in cloud-hosted environments.
  • •Experience setting up SLAs/SLOs/SLIs and establishing monitoring for critical services.
  • •Hands-on cloud migration experience.
