  • •Demonstrated ability to provide premium customer service in a call center or other fast-paced, high-volume servicing environment.
  • •Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, adapting conversations to each Card Member’s communication style.
  • •Proficiency navigating multiple computer applications, Microsoft Office, personal devices, and emerging AI-driven technologies.
  • •Ability to work nights and weekends, plus flexibility to work 6:00am–11:00pm local time including weekends.
