Lead a multi-store retail cluster across Central Scotland, Fife and Ayrshire, driving commercial performance, operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences. •Drive commercial performance by reviewing performance data, making decisions and taking actions to maximise sales, control costs and improve KPI delivery.
•Coach Store Managers to deliver on KPIs and elevate team performance through targeted upskilling and development.
•Embed a culture of customer centricity across the cluster by monitoring performance, intervening where needed and enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
•Lead brand execution across the region, ensuring high-standard launches, campaigns and seasonal activities are executed effectively across all stores.
•Maintain consistent operational standards, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure schedules and payroll guidelines are aligned with trading activity.

•Customer-centric, service-focused leadership with a sales-driven mindset and ability to translate priorities into actions.
•Willingness to commute across Central Scotland, Fife & Ayrshire and manage geographically dispersed stores.
