Shelbyville Weekend Maintenance - Maintenance Generalist - FT (1st Shifts/Weekends)

Perform skilled maintenance to keep Shelbyville plant operations running reliably and efficiently. Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, utilities, and systems, execute scheduled preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components, and document work in SAP. Support safe work practices (LOTO, confined space, hot work), maintain tools and maintenance areas, and coordinate with production, sanitation, and QA to reduce downtime and support safety and food quality standards.
