Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard, oversee, and coach third-party vendors to meet contractual and operational goals.
  • •Evaluate vendor work product for quality, accuracy, and adherence to contract terms.
  • •Resolve complaints and payment discrepancies, including guidance for borderline Total Loss situations.
  • •Provide decisions and insight into physical damage losses within granted authority and request additional authority as needed.
  • •Support workload surges/catastrophe operations and manage output/throughput for auto physical damage processes while ensuring risk controls.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
  • •4 years of auto physical damage estimating experience.
  • •Acquire and maintain I-CAR Platinum Pro-Level 3 certification within 12 months of hire.
  • •Obtain and maintain an insurance adjuster license within 90 days and the designated number of attempts.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize and solve problems.
