Job Summary

Lead a team of Sr. Strategic Sales Representatives for Data Center strategic sales within Honeywell’s Building Automation business. Drive revenue growth by executing vertical-specific strategies, building long-term customer relationships, and delivering demand-generation campaigns. Coach and mentor your team, align sales plans with regional and global objectives, and collaborate with marketing, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to expand Honeywell’s market presence and cross-sell related automation offerings.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and oversee strategic Data Center sales plans aligned with long-term business goals and regional targeted accounts.
•Provide strategic alignment with the Senior Director of Strategic Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure vertical strategies match Building Automation objectives.
•Foster long-term relationships with end-users, specifiers, general contractors, and other influencers to increase market share.
•Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive demand generation campaigns using customer insights and market data.
•Lead and enable the team through coaching, training access, performance reviews, and setting clear growth/revenue expectations.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
•Fluency in German (mandatory).
•5+ years of Data Center domain expertise.
•7+ years of experience in sales or business development (or related roles).
•3+ years of people leadership experience (preferably in sales), including knowledge of go-to-market channels (direct, distribution, System Integrators).
