Key Responsibilities

  • •Help solve problems and document solutions, express ideas through strong technical writing and verbal communication, and support technical reports, plans, and calculations in a consulting environment.
  • •Work on a variety of multi-disciplinary projects, with substantial emphasis on soil, soil vapor/gas, groundwater, surface water, sediment, and stormwater investigations and remediation systems; chemical fate and transport assessment; hazardous waste management; permitting; and site planning.
  • •Provide guidance on green and sustainable remediation techniques for a variety of clients who would like to minimize their carbon footprint.
  • •Support litigation projects through cleanup cost evaluation and preparing materials for mediation and expert testimony.
  • •Be a member or leader of teams providing environmental consulting services to commercial and government clients.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. or higher in Geology, Hydrogeology, or related discipline.
  • •7 or more years post-education environmental consulting experience.
  • •Professional registration in Oregon or Washington (preferably both) if a Geologist/Hydrogeologist
