Key Responsibilities

•Engage with law firms and internal stakeholders to communicate effectively across all staff levels
•Support sales, client management, and client support teams by leveraging legal expertise
•Represent Smokeball’s value proposition to law firms transitioning to legal tech
•Collaborate with product and success teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback is captured
•Be willing to travel up to 25% to meet with clients and prospects
