Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with law firms and internal stakeholders to communicate effectively across all staff levels
  • •Support sales, client management, and client support teams by leveraging legal expertise
  • •Represent Smokeball’s value proposition to law firms transitioning to legal tech
  • •Collaborate with product and success teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback is captured
  • •Be willing to travel up to 25% to meet with clients and prospects

Key Requirements
