Key Responsibilities

  • •Design robust firmware architecture for mixed real-time and control workloads on MCUs across bare-metal and RTOS environments.
  • •Develop and debug low-level drivers for peripherals, sensors, RF modules, and power-management ICs, including communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, USB, CAN, and RF link protocols.
  • •Implement deterministic real-time control loops and manage interrupts, timing, and scheduling.
  • •Partner with hardware engineers on board bring-up; debug with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG/SWD and create bring-up/test scripts as needed.
  • •Own the prototype-to-production firmware maturity path, including unit tests, HITL testing, automated test benches, and secure boot/OTA update mechanisms.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical field.
  • •2 to 10+ years of embedded software development experience (Junior to Senior levels).
  • •Proven experience taking at least one complete embedded product from prototype to mass production.
  • •Strong embedded C/C++ skills for bare-metal and RTOS development on MCUs (typically ARM Cortex-M).
  • •Deep understanding of MCU peripherals and communication buses (SPI, I2C, UART, USB, CAN) plus hands-on debugging (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG/SWD).
