Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and administer payroll for all employees, auditing payroll reports for accuracy and compliance, and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • •Calculate wages, statutory withholdings, and deductions; manage reconciliations and prepare final worksheets for approval prior to transmission.
  • •Maintain and administer the ADP WFR payroll system, ensuring employee records (payroll, leave, overtime) are complete and accurate.
  • •Complete filings and reporting for Canada, including IRS/CRA filings, GL files, month/year-end activities, and ROEs via ROE Web.
  • •Support audits by maintaining documentation and providing payroll data; respond to payroll inquiries from employees, management, and government agencies within 48 hours.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • •3-5 years of full-cycle (end to end) payroll experience.
  • •Proficiency with ADP/ADP WFN and experience managing year-end processing activities.
