Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform complex hands-on analysis of client usage data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • •Go beyond descriptive reporting with root-cause analysis, predictive insight development, and actionable opportunity/risk identification.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain actionable dashboards and reports for monthly and ad-hoc client reporting.
  • •Collaborate with data engineers and architects to support data availability, quality, and efficient data pipelines.
  • •Communicate analytical findings, methodologies, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders as a subject matter expert.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Information Systems.
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
  • •Proven delivery of complex analytical projects from data extraction through insight presentation.
  • •Direct experience with product analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Pendo, or Amplitude.
  • •Very strong SQL expertise (advanced queries, performance tuning, data modeling, stored procedures) and familiarity with ETL/ELT and data governance/quality best practices.
