Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery and support execution for MMWM/EWM/ML modules, handling priority tickets and ensuring SLA adherence.
  • •Manage SAP MM area at client location, including warehouse management support and integration with related SAP modules.
  • •Perform end-to-end implementation/support activities: requirement gathering, AS-IS/TO-BE, configuration/customization, testing, cutover and go-live.
  • •Support warehouse processes including STO handling, inbound/outbound, reversal, physical inventory counts, cross docking, replenishment and picking/placement strategies.
  • •Lead people and delivery operations as a module lead/FLM: review execution and reporting, allocate resources/workloads, drive continuous improvements and escalation support.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in SAP implementation and support with MMWM/EWM and ability to guide the team as a module lead.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP MM/WM and at least 1 year of warehouse management experience.
  • •Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations in MM, including business workshops, configuration/customization, testing, cutover and go-live.
  • •Experience with warehouse processes (STO, inbound/outbound, reversal, physical inventory, cross docking, replenishment, TRM) and integration with MM/SD/PP/QM modules.
  • •Experience with interfaces such as EDI/IDOC, master data and warehouse structure creation, plus strong communication skills for shift-based work.
