Key Responsibilities

  • •Under general supervision, perform general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
  • •Develop and maintain knowledge of on-site commodities and comply with company policy and government regulations.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including required sampling and equipment handling.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment and control load-out functions.
  • •Perform maintenance and record daily/weekly/monthly tasks, maintain quality of inventory, support grounds/warehouse work, and report safety concerns or repair needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Must meet minimum age requirement.
  • •1+ years of experience in operations and/or business operations.
  • •Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile equipment.
  • •Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
  • •High school diploma or GED preferred; CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
