Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary EHS resource for site needs and Reflective Solutions employees, implementing programs and integrating EHS management systems to ensure compliance and safe operations.
  • •Lead core EHS programs including Hazcom, Process Safety Management (PSM), Management of Change (MOC), RCRA LQG hazardous waste, Title V, stormwater, hearing conservation, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, TRI reporting, and Pre-Start-Up Safety Reviews.
  • •Maintain compliance records, reports, and permits, reviewing and mentoring on regulatory changes affecting permits and supporting an accident prevention program.
  • •Serve as Site Emergency Response Coordinator, maintaining emergency plans and procedures, investigating spills/releases/injuries/fires/near-misses with documentation, and managing JSA, chemical approvals, and R&D procedure evaluations.
  • •Conduct inspections of plant machinery and working conditions, coordinate with regulatory agencies, deliver education and training, mentor safety teams, and drive continuous improvement with the corporate EHS network.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree or higher preferred with strong preference for EHS-related majors.
  • •Advanced professional EHS certification preferred (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM, QEP, CEA, REM).
  • •5+ years of experience in an environmental, health, and safety-focused role, driving results on complex assignments.
  • •Good knowledge of regulatory requirements, EHS policies, procedures, and programs, with strong project management and problem-resolution skills.
  • •Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday and be available on nights/weekends in emergencies (with the possibility of up to 5% travel).
