Job Summary

Senior Civil & Structural Engineer responsible for civil/structural design across FEED, detailed design, and execution phases for power plant and energy infrastructure projects in India. Lead RCC, steel, and composite structures, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, ensure compliance with IS/ASCE/Eurocodes, and deliver robust foundations and facilities using industry-standard tools (STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD).

Key Responsibilities

•Perform design and analysis of RCC, steel, and composite structures for power plants and energy infrastructure projects across FEED, detailed design, and execution phases.
•Design turbine and equipment foundations, boiler structures, pipe racks, buildings (control rooms, auxiliary buildings), cable trenches, drainage, roads, and site grading.
•Carry out static, dynamic, seismic, wind load analyses; ensure design meets IS, ACI, AISC, ASCE, and Eurocodes; coordinate with cross-discipline teams.
•Review and approve GA drawings, reinforcement details, fabrication/shop drawings, and calculations; ensure constructability and adherence to project specs.
•Develop design basis, specifications, and calculation reports; participate in vendor bid evaluations and technical inquiries.

Key Requirements

•Civil/structural design for power plants and energy infrastructure, including FEED, detailed design, and execution phases.
•Experience with RCC, steel, and composite structures; foundations, turbine/equipment foundations, boiler structures, pipe racks, and related structures.
•Knowledge of IS Codes, ACI, AISC, ASCE, Eurocodes; familiarity with international codes.
•Proficiency in design software: STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000; along with AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit; experience with MAT 3D / SAFE.
•Experience in concept/feasibility studies, FEED engineering, detailed design and engineering; ability to coordinate across disciplines and with international offices.
