Job Summary

Lead a team handling Military Deafness disease claims, supporting delivery against client SLAs while protecting Keoghs’ commercial outcomes. Maintain a small caseload and provide supervision, technical support, and training. Plan and distribute workload, drive quality against benchmarks, and ensure compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations. Serve as the first point of contact for client complaints and complete process updates to improve operating practices.

•Must be a sole British National or dual national with one part being British, with no restrictions on working in the UK, and must hold British Citizenship.
