Head Waiter (QA)

Oversee front-of-house operations to deliver an excellent guest dining experience. Supervise and assign duties to waitstaff, train new team members on service procedures and menu knowledge, and manage reservations, seating, and work schedules. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for accurate and timely service, handle customer inquiries and complaints with tact, maintain clean dining areas, and support revenue growth through upselling and promotions.
