Store Manager

Own daily store operations and drive achievement of sales targets while maximizing store profitability. Lead, coach, and develop the store team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain brand and company image. Ensure compliance with company policies and health, safety, and security standards, and manage cash intake and stockroom processes. Use performance tracking and stock analysis to generate action plans and provide insights to Operations, Buying, and Planning.
