Job Summary

Coordinate onboarding and ongoing relationships for Regional Banking customers, partnering with bankers to manage portfolios and deliver a consistent “Simply the Best” client experience. Support new and renewal loan documentation, ensure timely renewals, and help drive cross-sell opportunities by reviewing customer portfolios. Handle pipeline, service/operational issue resolution, post-loan requests, risk awareness, and connect customers to the right teams for recommended products while maintaining required knowledge and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist bankers with managing customer portfolios with $2 million to $50 million in annual sales.
•Coordinate due diligence and document gathering for new and renewal loans, and ensure renewals are completed timely.
•Maintain long-term customer relationships using a relationship plan/model and prepare relationship plans with bankers and partners.
•Manage pipeline and operational requests including NSF/OD items, post-loan requests, and service/operational issue resolution for deposit and credit accounts.
•Support customer onboarding and maintenance of online banking platforms, and coordinate incident submission for suspected fraudulent transactions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of an additional 2 years of sales in a financial services or credit environment.
•Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a financial services or credit environment.
•Excellent customer service with a highly motivated, goal-oriented approach.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional demeanor.
•Proficiency with PC usage, internet tools, and Microsoft Office.
