Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate daily Gateway Control Center operations to ensure compliance with company and local policies.
  • •Apply schedule construction analytics and real-time insight to recommend actions that improve reliability and customer experience.
  • •Manage local operating processes in accordance with AA and FAA (and other local regulatory) requirements.
  • •Create and monitor operational plans and contingency responses for disruptions including weather, construction, aircraft issues, ATC constraints, fuel, and labor problems.
  • •Provide people leadership by mentoring team members, improving employee satisfaction, and driving process improvements.
