  • •Own and evolve enterprise systems architecture, standards, and integration strategy on a 1–3 year horizon.
  • •Operate a hub-and-spoke governance model balancing enterprise control with business speed.
  • •Lead transformation initiatives end to end, driving adoption and measurable impact.
  • •Set standards and an enablement model for AI, automation, certified data, and operating visibility to manage risk and progress.
  • •Align executive leaders on priorities and outcomes and build/coach a high-performing team to raise delivery quality across the enterprise.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years across systems, technology enablement, transformation, or enterprise program leadership, including 5+ years in senior leadership (ideally in EdTech or SaaS).

  • •Strong command of CRM, ERP, BI, integration, and data platforms, including aligning data flows across a complex organization.
