Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor daily product availability and out-of-stock performance across all branches.
  • •Ensure on-ground products are accurately displayed and reflected in the catalog and on the application, including scanned items and SFTP updates.
  • •Identify catalog issues such as missing items, wrong mapping, barcode issues, SKU mismatches, and other content errors.
  • •Analyze data to identify top out-of-stock items, recurring catalog issues, and key availability gaps.
  • •Coordinate with district managers to cascade tasks to branches and ensure daily follow-up and execution.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4+ years of experience in inventory control, catalog operations, product content, or a related field.
  • •Strong understanding of product catalog structure, including barcodes, SKUs, and product content attributes.
  • •Good knowledge of Google Sheets and the ability to analyze and interpret operational and catalog data.
  • •Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities from data.
  • •Experience in following up with vendors and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues.
