Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop commodity strategies for assigned labor categories to achieve cost savings and improve quality and service levels through sourcing opportunities and negotiations.
  • •Oversee spend activity for assigned commodities and determine procurement actions for purchases that meet procurement threshold involvement.
  • •Execute sourcing initiatives with cross-functional teams, including competitive bidding and contract negotiations, with experience in contract redlining using an Agile contracting framework.
  • •Provide category procurement subject matter expertise, working with business/function groups to define product/service specifications and projected demand.
  • •Maintain awareness of industry supply base and trends to recommend innovative solutions, identify improvement opportunities, and prioritize projects based on demonstrated business impact.

Key Requirements
