Job Summary

Drive customer success with Workday Human Capital Management by delivering configuration guidance, demonstrations, and troubleshooting for Compensation and Advanced Compensation. You’ll support multiple enterprise HRIS customers on short consulting engagements, respond to “Ask-an-Expert” requests, and partner with an Engagement Manager on workshops, functional reviews, and health checks. This Flex role splits time between office/field and remote while helping customers stabilize, optimize, and adopt new Workday features.

•Provide excellent customer service and engage customers to quickly understand business requirements.
•Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities and tradeoffs of design decisions.
•Support multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects, helping customers stabilize, optimize, and learn new Workday features.
•Share expertise through Ask-an-Expert work including research, small-scope consulting, configuration troubleshooting, and clear communication of value.
•Partner with an Engagement Manager to deliver services such as Feature Adoption Workshops, Functional Reviews, and Health Checks.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 122,800 - 184,200 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium/large enterprise HRIS projects, or applicable practitioner deployment experience.
•5+ years of experience in Compensation/Advanced Compensation/Human Capital Management product areas.
•3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME.
•Certified in Workday HCM Products (or ability to certify) and able to deploy solutions.
•Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
