Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end fulfillment pipeline, bulletproof delivery mechanics, and protect digital code assets from leak or error.
  • •Design and enforce processes for receiving, validating, storing, and releasing digital inventory while preventing duplicates and manual mistakes.
  • •Build and run daily reconciliation models and establish detection for stock discrepancies, failed dispatches, and supplier delivery lag.
  • •Document every inventory move for rapid historical audits across transactions, bulk imports, and failovers.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to automate batch ingestion and delivery pipelines, and work with Purchasing to scale supplier onboarding and API failover readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 6 years managing digital inventory pipelines in digital goods/gift cards, fintech payments operations, gaming-key delivery, or highly technical e-commerce fulfillment.
  • •Build double-check systems, checklists, and audit trails to prevent delivery and inventory errors.
  • •Comfort working with API logs to diagnose delivery failures (e.g., vendor timeouts, no-stock codes, authentication issues).
  • •Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reconciliation models, with basic SQL to query tables and trace missing batches.
  • •Design and enforce least-privilege access for secure handling of live digital codes and detect suspicious spikes or bulk exports.
