Plan, implement, and monitor occupational health and wellbeing strategies across the brewery in Veracruz. Coordinate activities to reduce health risks, support emotional wellbeing, and ensure compliance with Mexican regulations through IMSS/SSA/STPS/COFEPRIS. Manage first aid brigade readiness, maintain and analyze occupational health records and KPIs (including LTIs), oversee specialized occupational health services, budget control, and coordinate health committees and local wellness ambassadors.
