Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop plans, in coordination with management, to implement occupational health and wellbeing strategies across the brewery.
  • •Contribute to wellbeing and occupational health activities to detect and reduce health risk factors for employees.
  • •Ensure legal and corporate compliance related to occupational health and wellbeing (IMSS, SSA, STPS, COFEPRIS).
  • •Maintain and analyze occupational health records to diagnose staff health and guide prevention and risk-mitigation strategies.
  • •Monitor epidemiological behavior, incidents, and occupational/health-related illnesses; track KPIs (e.g., LTIs and incapacity) and implement intervention strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional medical degree with title and professional license (cédula profesional).
  • •2 years of experience.
  • •Teamwork and problem-solving skills with strong information analysis and interpretation.
  • •Effective communication skills.
  • •Experience with SAP and Office, and ability to travel physically as needed.
