Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with client and internal leads to identify opportunities, quantify value potential, and prioritise initiatives.
  • •Build and baseline the value hypothesis and business case during shaping, including the measures used to track outcomes.
  • •Analyse value pools, strategic priorities, constraints, and feasibility to determine where AI creates the greatest impact.
  • •Sequence initiatives and use cases by value and feasibility, and make the prioritisation case to the client.
  • •Track realised benefits vs projected outcomes through delivery gates and support post-deployment validation, including stop/go decisions.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in strategy consulting, business transformation, value engineering, or a strong finance background.
  • •Strong financial modelling capability and comfort working with incomplete data.
  • •Understanding of AI value drivers with enough technical fluency to challenge engineering estimates.
  • •Experience with benefits realisation on programmes where benefits were actually measured afterwards.
  • •Clear written and verbal reasoning to defend the value case with senior stakeholders.
