Job Summary

Support HR programs across the employee lifecycle as a trusted resource for employees and leaders. Partner with HRBPs to help manage employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, onboarding, compliance, and workforce planning. Analyze workforce data and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements. Handle employment-related inquiries, investigations, and accommodations, and collaborate on incident/accident reporting. Based in Houston with a hybrid schedule (three in-office days weekly).

Key Responsibilities

•Administer HR programs and processes including employee relations, performance management, talent development, recognition, engagement, and process improvements.
•Manage employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinary actions, accommodations, and terminations while ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.
•Support employee engagement initiatives using employee feedback, climate assessments, exit/stay interviews, and workforce data analysis to recommend improvements.
•Oversee onboarding for assigned business units in partnership with the HR Coordination team to ensure a positive new hire experience.
•Assist with compliance activities (audits and recordkeeping), respond to employment-related inquiries, and support incident and accident reporting and internal mobility/workforce planning.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
•SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
•Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
