Operations Lead - Village at Meridian

Drive store operations to improve profitability and efficiency as part of the store leadership team. Lead and coach the Operations Associates across inventory management, receiving/shipment, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and floor set updates. Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendors, technology, and facilities. Lead by example, inspire the team’s daily operations and guest experience, and manage hiring, development, and performance feedback.
