  • •Lead enterprise-wide Finance system implementations, enhancements, and migrations; embed IT General Controls for a SOX-ready environment.
  • •Drive integration management, ensure data integrity, and design AI agents and governed AI workflows that automate repetitive processes and improve reconciliations.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Enterprise Applications, Business Systems, or Finance Transformation in a high-growth technology company.
  • •Deep understanding of Finance business processes including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Treasury, and the Financial Close.
  • •Proven track record leading enterprise system implementations and large cross-functional initiatives from requirements through go-live and adoption.
  • •Hands-on experience owning and optimizing Finance technology ecosystems; NetSuite is required, with Stripe, Ramp, Workday, or CaptivateIQ as a plus.
  • •Strong data and integration skills including SQL, API integrations, data transformation with dbt, and moving data between the warehouse and the Finance stack.
