Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide hands-on people leadership by mentoring, coaching, and guiding employees while addressing employee relations and fostering a productive work environment.
  • •Lead and improve safety performance on shift, promoting a proactive safety culture through training, accident prevention, and rehabilitation, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • •Manage shift maintenance activities by coordinating with the maintenance team to resolve equipment breakdowns and maintain uninterrupted plant operations.
  • •Drive continuous improvement on shift by implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across end-to-end operations.
  • •Monitor and manage plant operational costs and yield with the Plant Manager to optimize performance and achieve plant objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • •NEBOSH Qualification (or equivalent).
  • •3+ years of experience in a fast-paced production & distribution operation/factory, including supervisory or management experience.
  • •Experience leading “Zero Harm,” including learning teams, investigations, risk assessment, and developing risk assessments.
  • •Strong English skills; Dutch or German are a plus.
