Key Responsibilities

  • •Record and visually inspect incoming cylinders for shipping damage; store cylinders in the correct racks.
  • •Remove and log the correct cylinders listed on set up sheets, identifying and recording rack number.
  • •Inspect serviceability at the workbench and move cylinders to staging prior to press installation.
  • •Complete paperwork to ensure correct job number, cylinder number, unit number, and color for the job on press.
  • •Disassemble, clean, and safely return cylinders to the correct location, including proper bearing removal and sump maintenance/wash-solvent scheduling.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or G.E. D. required.
  • •2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing facility.
  • •Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE, including hazard materials/waste handling per guidelines.
  • •Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and perform prolonged standing and repetitive functions.
  • •Rotate shifts as required and be available to work in excess of 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week when necessary.
