Job Summary

Support the development and implementation of Human Capital strategies and policies within assigned functions, partnering closely with leadership and area managers. Improve HR policies, ensure legislative and procedural compliance, and act as a business partner for the non-supervisory population. Advise on performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, budgeting, promotion/competency guidelines, restructures, succession and retention, while helping ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to improvements in departmental HR policies and support implementation of procedures and controls to meet procedural and legislative requirements for internal customers.
•Guide and support area managers on HC-related policies, advice, and challenges; act as a business partner for the non-supervisory population in the assigned area.
•Assist with departmental budget preparation and support workforce-planning budget costs and review cycles with line managers.
•Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management and employees, including coaching, counseling, grievances, and career development.
•Support employee relations by coordinating HR requests and queries, and assisting in investigating and resolving employee disciplines and grievances.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
•5-7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management, including progressively increasing supervisory/managerial responsibilities.
•Knowledge/understanding of UAE labour law.
•Knowledge of recruitment processes.
•Budgeting, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, negotiation, planning/organising, communication, teamwork, and people management skills.
