Sr Construction Disbursement Administrator

Independently manage complex construction loan disbursements through loan closing and post-closing by establishing and maintaining a Master Funding Ledger, verifying sources/uses, and coordinating funding requests and project inspections. Review and approve funding ledgers and packages, ensure budgets are accurately set up with fund control companies, balance funding categories, and resolve lien and endorsement requirements. Prepare funding reports, maintain project files, and support audit readiness.
