Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain the Master Funding Ledger to verify and allocate project equity and sources/uses at loan closing and throughout funding.
  • •Review, approve, and facilitate funding ledgers and funding packages, including disbursing draws using the appropriate funding source and notifying recipients.
  • •Coordinate fund control requests and project inspections, and ensure project budgets are accurately set up through approved fund control companies.
  • •Verify and balance budget categories and funding sources with each funding request; document line-item and increase transfers and submit changes for approval.
  • •Manage mechanics’ lien detection and resolution, order and review applicable endorsements, maintain paper/electronic files, and support audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of construction disbursement and commercial lending experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of escrow, title, UCC, and lender due-diligence/verification processes.
  • •Strong knowledge of commercial loan processing, documentation, closing procedures, underwriting requirements, and terminology.
  • •Strong knowledge of the construction process and typical disbursement requirements.
