Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage HVAC installation projects end-to-end, including procurement, providers/subcontractors, site follow-up, commissioning, and closeout.
  • •Value and execute efficiency proposals for chilled and hot-water production central systems.
  • •Conduct energy audits and perform energy simulations.
  • •Prepare documentation support and produce as-built drawings/plans.
  • •Control project scope, costs, contract requirements, and support legalizations and departmental financial management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field.
  • •At least 2/3 years of project management experience in HVAC industrial climate/refrigeration.
  • •Intermediate English (including an interview portion in English).
  • •Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • •Familiarity with hydraulic systems and HVAC energy efficiency, plus Safety & Health and teamwork.
