Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the existing customer service team, track response/resolution times, and handle escalations, refunds, and exchanges.
  • •Monitor stock levels, track sell-through rates, forecast restock timing, and coordinate with factories and logistics for stock arrivals.
  • •Update Shopify inventory weekly for SKUs and product variants, check order statuses, and provide customers with tracking information.
  • •Manage operations and systems by maintaining the Notion workspace, building/improving SOPs, and organizing projects for launches and campaigns.
  • •Manage weekly KPIs and reporting to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
